WR875-WR876-WR877 are 500/60mm series astronomy telescope for adults and kids. With decent gift pack, it serves well as birthday present for kids and adults; easy to assemble and carry.

Assembly:

  • 1. Open the box and backpack.
  • 2. Take out the tripod to stand it up to wanted height. Loosen the handle to make a flat tripod head and then fix i
  • 3. Take out the telescope and screw it onto the tripod head.
  • 4A. Pull out the covers on the eyepiece, and screw the eyepiece onto the telescope.
  • 4B. If using with 3x barlow lens, screw the barlow lens onto the telescope firstly , and then screw the eyepiece onto barlow lens.
  • 5. Assembly the finder onto the telescope and fix it.
  • 6. Take off the objective lens cover and get the telescope focused.

Usage tips:

  • 1. Eyepiece Selection: Optional package for each model.
  • 2. Finder scope: When the object is small and far like the Moon or stars, find it from the finder scope firstly; Since finder scope is parallel with the telescope tube, being found on the finder scope means the object is very close to the sight and you only need to adjust the focusing wheel very slightly and carefully.

How to take phone photos?

BEFORE: Get the telescope focused until you can see a clear image from the eyepiece.

NOW:

Step 1 --- Fix your phone on phone adapter.

  • Turn on your phone camera and Fix your phone on the phone holder. You should see a full round circle on the center of your phone monitor at this time.

Step 2 & 3 --- Fix the eyepiece on phone adapter

  • Take off the eyepiece from the telescope (which you viewed a clear image just now) ; take off the rubber rings from phone holder.
  • Wear the rubber ring on eyepiece from the bottom; and then fix it into the phone adapter.
  • Ensure the distance from eyepiece lens to phone camera is very very close, so that you can get a wider view on phone.

Step 4 ----Install the eyepiece onto the telescope

  • Now you can put the eyepiece onto the main tube and screw it up.
  • With the weight of phone holder and smartphone, the view may go down a bit.
  • Slightly release the handle on tripod to adjust the position and now you should get a clear full round of view on the phone.

AFTER: if you need to switch other eyepiece, you need to repeat above steps from the very beginning.
